Bingo to follow at the same location!
Everyone knows that Rabun County and particularly Lake Rabun honey bees are superior in every respect and Spring and Summer are the most active time of the year for the little guys. Jim’s lecture will explain the sophisticated social order of a healthy honey bee colony, why we should care about these creatures, and how honey is made, robbed, and processed. Jim has been a keeper of bees for more than twenty years.
This lecture will be fascinating for all age groups and well worth the price of admission…which is, of course, gratis!
Bring the whole family. House guests are welcome.
Note: We will be using the downstairs level of the pavilion to better facilitate the viewing of PowerPoints and videos.
We look forward to seeing you Saturday, July 23rd, at 5:00PM! Bingo will follow at 7:00PM. |
