LRF Scholarship Recipients

Lake Rabun Scholarships are awarded to students who demonstrate the ability and determination to graduate with a four-year college or a two-year technical school degree based on academic achievement, school and community involvement, character, and financial need. Eligible students include any senior graduating from a Rabun County high school who has attended his/her high school for a minimum of two years, as well as students completing a homeschool high school equivalent education in Rabun County.

Students attending high school in Rabun County may apply for this scholarship by submitting an application which is furnished by their guidance counselors. Homeschooled students may submit an application to the Lake Rabun Scholarship Chair.

Since 1987, over $1,600,000 has been provided for scholarships to 220 Rabun County students. Contributions to the Scholarship Fund may be made by clicking the donation button in the Foundation section, or by mailing a check to: Lake Rabun Foundation, P.O. Box 114, Lakemont, GA 30552. Checks should be payable to: NGCF – Lake Rabun Fund.
