Our Pavilion Campaign is nearing its end. We hope you will look at our “Wish List,” which includes an easy donation link/instruction, and help us generate sufficient funds to finish strong. We are updating the final estimates and will coordinate with the LRA Executive Committee to prioritize projects, always keeping safety as the main priority. Join the team!
- Remove dead trees – $3,700
- Lights on upper flagstone patio – $4,920 with in kind contribution of $2,500; Safety repairs to railings along stairs, parking and Pavilion floor as needed – $3,000 -$6,000; Re-grouting on patio and steps – $5,000
- Stronger fans or large stand-up fans and separate light/fan switch for top floor, more advanced lighting, better fans downstairs, advanced sound system – $15,000 – $20,000
- Parking for area adjacent to Pavilion – tree removal, grading, signage and lighting – $10,000 (re-bidding)
- Downstairs dehumidifier(s) that self-drain outside – $27,940* (re-bidding); paint downstairs ceiling – $10,500 (potential in-kind)
- Replenish reserves of $33,104 for previous safety repairs
