DESCRIPTION:While our USCG/ DNR class covers a broad array of boating safety subjects\, this class is explicitly oriented towards the boat operating skills that apply to Lake Rabun’s unique geography. We encourage ALL boat operators on Lake Rabun to attend to learn about best practices for navigating\, cruising\, and all manner of towed water sports.\nWe will specifically discuss best practices for wake surfing\, including showing an educational video produced by Lake Rabun wake surfers. Advice in that video helps assure the best possible on-the-water experience for all.
