Homeowners and volunteers are free.  $20 for additional guests.
The party will be catered.  It will be light hors d’oeuvres, beer, wine, and assorted non-alcoholic beverages
Tour-goers can pick up their tickets that night or on Saturday when they arrive for the tour.
